CCTV shows how an Australian tourist was stabbed in a nightclub in Pattaya seconds after he pinched a Thai woman’s bottom.
Jaydon Sienkiewicz, 21, had been drinking with ten other friends and relatives inside Mixx Discotheque on Walking Street when went to the toilet at 4am on Thursday morning.
CTTV shows him stood next to a table when a Thai woman a few feet from him in a skimpy dress started twerking her backside towards him while wrapping her arms around her boyfriend.
Jaydon is seen reaching across and pinching her bottom. The groping startled the woman who spun round to look what had happened.
Her boyfriend then appears to become angry and she tries to restrain him but he pushes her away and leans across a wooden railing to plunge a knife into Jaydon’s chest.
The young Australian lad clutches his wound then staggers back to his table where his horrified father and her girlfriend found him covered in blood.
Police are now using CCTV to try and trace the knife attacker after the incident.
Police Lieutenant Sombat Kaewmumpung, Deputy Police Inspector of Pattaya City Police, said: ”We captured the scene before the incident.
”The injured man was drinking at the pub table the touched the woman’s bottom. It caused the offender to bring a knife out and stab him.”
Jaydon was rushed to hospital and is in a stable condition after the stabbing. His father’s girlfriend Song Narong, 33, said his dad was also among the group of revellers during the night out.
Police have now issued an arrest warrant for the western man seen in the CCTV.
Police Lieutenant Sombat added: ”We have issued an arrest warrant for the attacker seen in the security camera footage and he will be prosecuted according to the law.”
