Thai police launched a hunt for a couple who posed for pictures while having sex in a supermarket – a few feet from oblivious shoppers.
The exhibitionist pair were seen in images taken inside a ‘Big-C’ discount shopping mall believed to be in the capital, Bangkok.
The pair had sex in several positions before the woman posed on a set of metal ladders next to a trolley full of items.
Images of the explicit romp were posted to a swingers website before being shared on Facebook – and catching the attention of the authorities.
The couple and the photographer now face up to five years in prison and or a fine of 100,000 baht (2,375GBP) )for breaking the country’s computer crime act.
Police Major General Siriwat Deepai from the Technology Crime Suppression Division (TCSD) said: ”Detectives are investigating the images and we will find the people involved. We can identify the store that this happened and check the CCTV footage.
”Members of the public can also help us to find the people by reporting them to us anonymously.
”The images are obscene and the offenders if they are guilty could be charged with distributing pornographic material by uploading the pictures to the Internet.”
